Well...a lot of people asked me about this Implanon thing. ok...to make it easy...or easier for me...hehheheh....let me tell u about it and other contraceptives...the comparisons yada yada yada.

ok...i dont know about IUD since i have no experience using it... it's up to u whether to use one or not....kalo nak ikot calendar pon boleh...tapi kalau period tue regular la....xnak ape2 pon xpe....lain org lain carenye...ye tak? this is for people who prefer family planning ka....yg ade saket ka...ade problem ka....as for me...Dr. Maziah mmg suggest sume patient dia gune contraceptives sekejap....plus I have hell lot of treatments with my orthopedist after this.

I still remember when i was studying in MMU back then..Dr. Maziah gave me birth control/hormonal pills...Mercilon since she found out that I had itu cyst....I was like.."helloooo.....Doctor nie ingat aku buat x senonoh ke???" yalaaaaaaaaaaaaa...just imagine dpt pill gitu.... then she explained to me that birth control pills help to reduce/cure cysts. I know there are a lot of you out there afraid to use mende alah contraceptives nie...reason? takut jerawat....and takut gemuk... well...I had no problem with that Mercilon....Implanon nie tatau la kan....

Talking about Implanon...the procedure took about 2 minutes.... mule2...dr. maziah cucuk nak bius...3 cucuk la...in 1 vertical line.. local anesthetic..lepas cucuk x tanye dah numb ke ape, terus amek satu jarum yg besarnye mcm straw vitagen tue...cucuk masuk the implanon rod. pastue...tampal plaster....sekian tamat....cepat gile terus numb rupenye. hahahhahah. I had difficulties in the OT with the epidural. lambat pulak nak numb nye mase tue...well..lain org lain la kan.... but epidural mmg best! ok continue with this Implanon punye citer... it wasn't painful sampaila ke petang.....dah petang baru la terase saketnye...but to me...bearable la....
anyways...ade lebam yg mcm parah gile kalo tgk.... x saket...tapi lebamnye Masya Allah......Thanks to my boy yg lasak suke tendang2 lengan mommy kene kat situ mase bf...hahahhah....it's ok....kalo sume mende smooth jek... bukan life la kan.....Dr. Maziah said...with this implanon in me plus bf...makin lambat la nak period. hm....that's great...afterall Adief xleh ade adik pon lagi skang...Doctor x kasik....hm...meaning bolehla ganti pose 2007 and 2008...yerp! 2 months babe.........

Last 2 weeks...abah visited his staff and family...ex-staff actually...who was involved in an accident. teruk!!! dia patah 1 kaki...her daughter patah dua2 kaki...maid dia lak...patah ribs....her son lak...ade blood clots kat brain....and sad to say...her sister yg still staff TM....meninggal.... however...abah said...kalo nak compare accident kat Malaysia ngan Dublin.... they lost all their belongings....but us? sume selamat...kitorang jekla yg x selamat hehehe...just name it...cincin kawen? watches? money? passports? credit cards? L*, D***, F****, P**** stuffs sume pon selamat. kan hani? hehehehe...

enough for today lah ye.....btw...good luck to nad. yes...may u have a smooth labor....lagi bagus kalo dapat normal...c-sect x payahla....lambat nak eloknye....nak dukung baby mule2 pon payah....org jek yg kate c-sect nie xde pape.... nowadays ape care pon x saket...epidural ade hehehheh.... but you just have to be extra careful lepas baby dah kuar..... the real CABARAN is to take care of your child and nak mendidik dia....(hm...mcm org tua la kan aku nie hahahahha)

yayyyyy!!! quick note: Finally...i managed to eat couscous...dpt jugak diminggu akhir nie hahahhaha... so? food cravings list---->completed. now i just have to wait for Kerol Laling...yayyyy again!

I miss him already :(... i miss him moving around in my belly... i miss him stretching....his hiccups...everything about my baby! i'm gonna miss my belly(mcmla confirm kurus balik hahah)....all the pains.... the nausea...

10 days to go... i'll be admitted to the hospital on 1st February 2009 and Mr. Kerol Laling will be accompanying me throughout my stay in the hospital (tue pon kalo dia x cabut la hahhah). the operation is scheduled on 2nd February 2009, early in the morning.

so peeps.... Kerol Laling will update more about the operation, the baby and of course me after this. do pray for us.....

My final pregnancy check up with Dr. Maziah went like aik dah nak habis dah????? Betul ke nie???? Rase mcm baruuuu jek kejut Kerol Laling and showed him the 2 lines on the pregnancy test kit.

Dr. Maziah: ape khabar, Adiyanti?

Me: hm….hhehehehe….mcm tue la…

Dr. Maziah: hahhahah…xpe….sket sgt2 je lagi….lepas tue insya Allah u can hold your baby dah…. Hm…. U ok ke nie? U tension ye…?

Me: erk? Xlah….nape?

Dr. Maziah: berat u.....same jek.... hopefully baby punye berat naikla.... ok come....kite scan…

Dr. Maziah: hm….ur womb nie so small eh… dia xleh nak besar mane sgt nie….maybe x sampai 3 pon nie..... nie pon dia dah cramped sgt2......ok...amniotic fluid dah kurang....tue normal.... tali pusat dia nie very long....... sgt2 panjang…mmg byk amek space... no wonder la dia xleh nak besar sgt.....kalau kite buat normal mcm previous punye plan pon…I rase kene induce nie….weight dia skang...2.6kg.... ade 1 week plus je lagi nie....so ade potential la x sampai 3....but that’s not an issue....heartbeat dia ok.... dia pon still kat normal line lagi... so u xyah risau la.....he's a bit low now... belom engaged lagi...tapi i rase lagi bape hari je nie.....

Me: kalau dia engaged...maknenye mmg dia nak kuar dah ke?

Dr. Maziah: x semestinye...u xyah risau la.... it can happen 2-4 weeks earlier.....

Me: doctor.....nanti Caesar nie....jahit biase ke?....

Me: xdela.... nak yg paling kuat la....sbb i muntah2 teruk sgt nie...i takot terbukak ke ape kang...

Normal pon kite akan bg…. Mmg standard la….ok….nie last appointment la.. u nie nanti kite buat pukul 8.30 a.m. tau? kul 8 camtue derang bawak la u....

Me: aik…I thought ade agik satu… next week….ooooo ok 8.30....

Dr. Maziah: sepatutnye mmg ade…. Tapi xpela….u rehat jekla….kite jumpe kat ward jekla nanti…. Agikpon bp sume ok….urine sume ok….so xde ape2 nak risau la…. Tapi kalau sakit ke….bleeding ke….u dtg terus ok? husband sampai bile?

Me: 31^st nie….

Dr. Maziah: u nak bilik ke?

Me: kalau boleh single la….standard ke deluxe ke….asalkan single…

My little prince is now 2.48kg (300+g increased)at 34 weeks 2 days and he's doing fine. Alhamdulillah.... Dr. Maziah was kinda shocked when she looked at my hands and my feet. She quickly checked my bp and alhamdulillah bukan high blood pressure.

Dr. Maziah: sabar lah ye? sikitttt je lagi. dia kuar nie nanti bukan 3.6kg mcm i ckp aritue. sbb nie kite kuarkan dia awal sket....so xleh sampai 3.6kg la. around 3.1-3.2kg la nanti. hahahhaha besarnye perut ur baby nie. u punye husband ade kan nanti?
Me: haah insya Allah ade...
Dr. Maziah: boleh la dia bg moral support nanti mase nak caesar nanti. i dah booked anesthetist dah... Dr. Hilmi..... nie admission letter...nanti 1/2/2009 tue u bawak la eh. 1/2/2009 tue hari ahad...so u terus pegi kat A&E sbb admission kat depan nie tutup.... terus gi tpt emergency jela eh. u sign consent form utk operation nie.

My darling baby is now 2.1kg and the head is 24cm at 32 weeks 2 days....as usual...xleh duk diam hehhehe. he is very active mcm ape yg doctor kate la....and today i got another obat to be taken everyday but this is for the baby, the NeuroGain PB.... total of 3...pramilet, caltrate and now neurogain pb.

So…. Ur crib has arrived darling! Mommy letak betul2 sebelah mommy. Hope you will like it, kalo tak…'menanges' la mommy hahahhahahahhhaha. Bought the crib last week from safe ‘n sound (1 utama). Things I bought kat 1 Utama:

1. 4-in-1 crib (safe n sound)

2. pillows (safe n sound)

3. mattress (safe n sound)

4. crib set/bedding coordinates (kids line & safe n sound)

5. bath tub (the first years)

6. swaddle blanket (the first years)

7. tilam kecik kalo dia lepak2 kat bawah (safe n sound)

Kesimpulannye…. Barang2 besar sudah selesai. Hahahah. Kecuali car seat, pram bla bla bla. Nanti2 la ek. Lepas pantang ke…. Awal2 nie duk umah sudah. Hahhahaha. takdok pitih. Barang2 kecik sume dah beli except diapers, baby powder, shampoo bla bla bla. Will buy them a week before dia uwaaa uwaaa. Kang x elok pulak.

Went to 1 utama last Thursday. Planned to buy a wedding gift for abah punye kawan punye anak. Hahhahahha. As usual….melencong. masuk parkson…..and opsss…. terSPENT duit lak. Hahahhahah. Bought a milk bottle (Avent) for ini budak kechel. Wayyyyyy cheaper kalo kat Europe! Mcm biaselah….dah beli baru tau ade tempat lagi murah hahahhaha. soooo not an accountant! belom qualified pon agikpon...leh dimaafkan la kan? :))

Helloooooooo mommy's boy!!! you r soooo big now. alhamdulillah.....great! he is now 1.67kg at 30 weeks 1 day compared to last appointment...1.06kg at 26 weeks. dr. maziah said.... alhamdulillah....dia punye growth normal.... and bile dah calculate2....berat dia nanti maybe plus minus 3.6kg! wowwww. so biggie anak mommy nie! hahahhahah. no wonder mommy seksa gile nak jalan skang.... dengan kaki yg belom fully recovered lagi.... hahahaha it's ok sayang..... mommy enjoys carrying you around!

pre and postnatal massage....confinement....

decided to buy this i've tried biodex's products before....and alhamdulillah.....mujarab. I had mende alah cyst problem before... in less than a month...cyst pon ilang.... after a few information, suggestions and opinions....i decided to buy this biodex's confinement set. didnt really care about this confinement thingy before... bukan x amek kesah.. cume ingatkan nak pk 2-3 hari before bersalin ke....ape ke....hehehheh. but then...after reading my fren's blog baru terpk...haah ekkkk...... x lame jek agik, so leh la pk dah..... thanks bebah!

warning! tried the supreme diet before.... sooo yucky! hahahha... tataula org lain kan.... but i dont really like it la sampai skang bile teringat tue. hahahahha. kalo xnak beli yg tue boleh tak? hahahhahah. but have to slim down lorrr... demi Kerol Laling terchenta hahahhahah. kenela balance kan? hahhahaa.

anyways.... no matter how 'BAD' the confinement thingy...still....rase x sabar jugak nak experience pantang2 nie. hahahhaha. i'm sure Kerol Laling will spoil me by suap2 makan...pehhhhhh bestnye! boleh kan bang? kan? kan? can laaaaaaaa.... you'll be here in Malaysia for 2 weeks only maaaaaaaaaaaa..

went to OU with mama n nabil. had our breakfast there. pastue....pegi poh kong to fix my Dior's necklace. sayang..:(.... putus mase eksiden aritue.... my 1st birthday present from Kerol Laling lepas kawen. then...mama offered me kasut baru....sbb kaki nie dah gedabak sgt kan hahahhaha. carik punye carik... x jumpe jugak yg sesuai.... "xpela ma.....x payah....x lame jek agikpon nak bersalin dah..." mama asked me to buy a few clothes utk kat sepital nanti.... mama kate... "kalo dulu...org ramai pakai kain batik, adik belila baju yg sarung jek, bukan seluar2 nie. senang doctor nak check n senang nak gi toilet".....hahahahahha no no no.... i'm not gonna wear kain batik! rase mcm x selamat jek. hahahhahah. heyyyyy... i know how to wear kain batik ok... cume x suke jek. rase mcm x selamatttt jek kalo pakai kain batik. hahhahaha.

lagik satu mende pelik... tibe2 lately nie mcm ilang dah appetite. dont know why. no more in between meals. pape pon... cepatla 10/12. i cant wait for my next appintment. hahahhaha. sonok sgt bile ade appointment. ok...better stop now. need to go to the toilet to wee weeeeeeeeeeeeee. hahahha.

room 'makeover'

hahahhah...nope....i just removed the furnitures and other stuffs so adela tpt utk crib. the main problem is... the air-cond in my room ngadap direct kat sume tpt dlm bilik tue. so i dont know where to place the crib nanti. okla....kalo x on pon.... kipas.....that's another problem. kipas tue betul2 tgh bilik. my room is quite small.... letak tepi xleh.... letak mane2 pon mmg sejukla baby tue nanti. poor my baby...:(....

i've put all the baby's clothes into satu container ni. pastue....pack barang2 masuk dlm bag siap2 dah....mama yg suruh....in case emergency nak kene gi sepital..... in case la... mintak2 xdela...

had a discussion with a neighbour. she was a midwife kat Pusrawi. omg.... i thought c-sec nie senang jek... relax2...tau2 baby dah uwaa uwaaa.... rupenye tak! cettttt....

Unscheduled C-sections are usually performed by doctors when complications arise form vaginal delivery.

Scheduled Caesarean Section - me!
Caesarean sections often scheduled if there are problems that have been identified earlier like conditions that create a higher-risk pregnancy and may require Caesarean delivery include:

* Placenta previa
The placenta partially or completely covers the cervical opening to the birth canal or vagina.
* Breech birth
The baby is positioned with the buttocks or feet first instead of the usual head-down position
* Multiple pregnancies
Two or more babies are developing at the same time. Some twin pregnancies can be born vaginally, but Caesarean section usually is done when three or more babies are expected.
* Previous surgery on the uterus
This includes certain types of Caesarean section, especially those involving a vertical incision, also known as a classical incision. Prior removal of large or multiple fibroids from the wall of the uterus can weaken the walls, making Caesarean section necessary.
* Maternal illness
This includes conditions such as heart disease or diabetes
* Preeclampsia and eclampsia (toxemia of pregnancy)
Symptoms include severe high blood pressure, protein in the urine and seizures

Usually, women undergoing a scheduled Caesarean section are not allowed to have anything to eat or drink after midnight the day before surgery.

1. Just before surgery, an intravenous line (IV) will be placed into a vein. It will be used to deliver medications, fluids and, if needed, a blood transfusion during surgery.

2. Wires connected to heart-monitoring equipment will be attached to your chest, and a blood pressure cuff will be placed on your upper arm. You will be given extra oxygen to breath through a mask, and an oxygen monitoring device will be placed on your finger.

3. Doctors usually prefer to use regional anaesthesia for Caesarean sections. Regional anaesthesia means that you remain awake while an area of your body is made numb for your surgery.

4. Incision will be done when the anaesthesia is working.

5. A low, horizontal skin incision is made in the abdomen at or just above the pubic hairline. Sometimes a vertical incision is required; especially if an emergency Caesarean surgery is done.

6. After the abdomen is opened, the bladder is protected and the uterus is opened. The incision in the uterus also may be horizontal and low in the uterus, or it may be vertical. A vertical incision is preferred when a larger uterine incision is needed. For example, this may be required for twins, a large baby or a baby in a breech position. The bag of waters is broken, the baby is removed, and the umbilical cord is clamped and cut. The time from the beginning of surgery to delivery of the baby generally is less than 10 minutes. Once the baby is delivered, it can take another 30 to 40 minutes to remove the placenta and close the uterus and abdomen with stitches or staples. The entire surgery usually takes just under an hour.

8. If there is no postoperative problems off your room. You might experience nausea and headaches but those will soon go away after some time. Do not be overly worried.

Post operative procedures The doctor will suture the incision after making sure there is no bleeding in the peritoneum and the uterus is firm. He/she will use a sponge to remove any clots inside the abdomen. Different doctors may use different suture style, stitches, staplers, etc

Suturing the incision The bladder catheter will usually be removed within several hours of delivery, and you will be encouraged to walk and begin to drink fluids. If staples were used to close the incision, they generally are removed within one week. Stitches may either dissolve or need to be removed within a week. During the first few weeks after a Caesarean section, you will be told not to carry anything heavier than the baby.

There are several choices for pain relief during labour. These include:

1. Intravenous (I.V.) Medication

Pain-relieving medications that are injected into a vein or muscle will help dull pain but may not eliminate it completely. These IV medications are usually prescribed by your obstetrician. Because they sometimes make both you and your baby sleepy, they are used mainly during early labour.

2. Local Anaesthesia

Other pain-relieving medications may be injected in the vaginal and rectal areas by the obstetrician at the time of delivery. Theses are local anaesthetics, which provide a numbness or loss of sensation in a small area (e.g. during an episiotomy).

3. Epidural anaesthesia

Anaesthetic is injected in the back into the lining of the spinal cord, which makes the mother feel numb from the waist down. This option provides pain relief for vaginal delivery, or allows the mother to stay awake and alert during the baby's birth by caesarean section. Since an epidural may cause the mother's blood pressure to drop, it is not recommended for women with low blood pressure or a bleeding placenta.

Recovery from C-section takes longer than a vaginal birth as it is a major surgery.

I know that there are 3 types of pain relief offered kat DSH. The epidural.. pethidine jab and laughing gas... but my neighbour yang bersalin last year at DSH kate.... derang mmg terus bg epidural kalo c-sec... the problem is....boleh ke with my condition nie? hm...need to ask Dr. Maziah la.... sbb... i have screws at my sacrum or to be exact...my end of spine...hahahahha...x terkene ke nanti? hahhahah. ala...x kesah pon mane2....janji sume selamat...ye tak? ikot jekla pape pon doctor ckp....

oh ya! mama said we need to bring toto utk Kerol Laling nanti hehehheh. kalo x... dia nak tido mane kat sepital? i'm not really sure DSH nie cane... but when I was at PMC mase mule2 balik mesia dulu...they gave mama kusi yg boleh buat utk tido nie....not a sofa bed la....mcm je...senang citer kusi lipat la.. hm...i'm quite sure that they dont provide anything for husbands kat DSH. A friend of mine also brought a toto for her husband mase bersalin kat DSH dulu. so...kene bwk la kot ek? dulu....pernah tunggu mama kat DSH before kawen. dia hospitalised mase tue. tapi... that was ape suite ntah. so adela sofa in that room. mmg best la bilik tue. me? hahahhah. i'm not gonna ask for suite2 nie....tapi kalo ade org nak bayarkan.... u r most welcome! but i really want a single room la... Dr. Maziah's assistant said that rooms at the maternity ward mcm goreng pisang panas. cepat penuh and cepat jugak org discharge. hm..... mintak2 dpt la....i dont mind to share the room kalo xde baby....nie dah ade baby....sian my baby nanti....:(...x comfortable.

Indulgence pedicure and retail therapy

Ahhhhhhhh... so relaxing! went for a pedicure at OU. tue pon setelah dipakse mama n abah. hahahhahha. Since my belly is getting bigger n BIGGER....x boleh nak tunduk or angkat kaki nak bersihkan kaki sendirik. hahahhahhaha. sian kan? usually they will help me to trim the nails...tapi nak cuci2 nie leceh la....hahahhaha.

After that.... i entered jusco while mama tgh meredeem ape ntah. so, while waiting for mama... i went to the kids department. x plan ape pon..mama came down..we ended up buying stuffs for my baby. fun! sonok gile! hahahhaha. anyways.... we just bought 50% of the required stuffs listed for him.

what we bought:
1) 11 baju lepak2 at home and tido for him...jadikla total of 17 baju2 rumah for him...so far la...
2) 3 diaper covers
3) nursing pads
4) baby's manicure set
5) brush set
6) 5 bath towels
7) 6 face towels
8) 2 hooded blankets
9) changing mat
10)baby powder puff
11)socks, mittens, hats
12)2 baby binders-ok....nie part yg mmg x pernah tau. ade ek baby binder or lebey tepat agik barut? hahahaha...i thought only mothers wear binders during confinement. hahahhaha.
hailahhhh..me being org yg tatau pape thought that nape nak kene banyak2. nape bath towel sampai 5. nape baju utk kat rumah/tido kene banyak2. just one word from mama....hygienic. hm....okla.... i trust u la... hehehheh. bukan ape.....at least i know manela ilang duit nie...hehheheh.
hm...most of the stuffs bought barang2 disney baby and characternye mickey mouse. mostly blue...adela kaler2 lain.... and of course no pink! hahahhaha. so Kerol Laling....jom la kite doa Dr. Maziah x salah tgk. hahahahaha. tak kot..... 8x scanned.....betul la kot....hehehheh.

rasenye tue jek kot.... hehehheh. tataula kot ade yg termissed. we'll buy other things nanti2..... balik jek rumah, i asked our maid to wash all the clothes, towels, socks, mittens and hats. senang sket. nanti leh terus pakai jek.

ok....maybe end of this month x pon early december.... a makcik will come to my house to massage me. aahhhhhhh bestnyeeeee. nope...bukan lenggang perut.... dah confirm c-sec... nak lenggang ape nye... hehehhehe. just want to pamper my body. ahhhhhhhh. sure gonna love it! yayyyy!!!!

Officially....

I am officially my baby's m***maid! *clap! clap!* was not really sure at first.... asked mama to confirm it and she said yes! called my gynae to confirm it since it is very hard to meet her, asek ramai jek org...unless emergency....pon ye jugak katenye..some women will experience this before childbirth. katenyela.....so ladies....say yes to BF! hahahhahah org yg tak paham mesti blur jek kan....xpela...hanye mereka yg sudah bergelar ibu, bakal ibu jek yg paham. kalo paham pon....xpela....bagos ape. science.....hehehhehe.

Swollen feet... hahahahhah. u can imagine how ugly i am now just by looking at my feet (neno neno bukanla maksudnye selame nie cun hahahha). xpela.....for you my baby! rela ku bengkak2 kaki......

Goodbye 2nd trimester, hello 3rd trimester.

• The baby measures 14 inches long and weighs over 1.7 pound.
• Baby measures 35.5cm long and weighs over 760 grams.
• The feet are 2 inches (5cm) long. Hands are very active.
• The baby's eyes begin to open around this time.

The fetus makes breathing movements, but there is no air in the lungs yet. Hands are active and muscle coordination is such that they can get a thumb into the mouth. Thumb sucking calms the baby and strengthens the cheek and jaw muscles.

The fetal brain scan will show response to touch. Touching and playing with the baby is possible now, as they may respond to your touch through your belly wall. Brain growth continues with brain wave activity for the visual and auditory systems starting to develop. Baby is probably very active in the womb, as the most active weeks are typically between weeks 24 and 28.

You may begin feeling your belly tighten and relax at odd moments or irregular intervals. These are Braxton Hicks contractions They are painless and help the uterus prepare for the birth. Many babies have developed a predictable routine for sleep and active periods.Twins may have entirely different routines from each other.

Hm...by the way...my little boy dah sucked his thumb at week 19 and I've been experiencing the Braxton Hicks since week 22. Apekah anak mommy ini cepat matang? uuuuuuuuu. hahhahahha. So proud because I managed to go through both 1st and 2nd trimesters although I did have a few problems but it's ok.... I'm proud of myself! At least I managed to ignore all the pains at the injured areas and went through the days without Mr. Hubby by my side. Not that easy you know? Until today, I have to say to myself that although Mr. Hubby is not around, I have his junior inside and that makes me happy.

Facts about my 2nd trimester:

1) morning sickness...still!
2) back ache
3) Braxton Hicks
4) frequent urination
5) had to do the exercises on my own at home (couldn't go the rehab center because of this morning sickness problem).
6) mama being so sweet....put a flask of hot water, powdered milk, biscuits, warm water every night near the bed so that I don't have to go to the kitchen to get a drink or anything.
7) 'sun-bathing' except no bikini hahhahahha. Abah asked me to go outside and berjemur amek udara konon2 segar since org tua2 kate jemur dr skang boleh prevent jaundice...amiin...
8) swollen feet
9) no strecth-marks..yayyyy!
10) 1 cm each week...hahahhaha...love my belly! baru 3 weeks jek pon.... it's ok adiyanti..... more weeks to come....yayyyy!

Batu belah...batu bertangkup....aku mengidam(xnakla kempunan) nak makan couscoussss!!!!!! hahahhah. yerp! i am soooo in need of couscous. meleleh air liur den! my craving list...setakat nie la...:

3) nasi lemak n ikan bakar umbai- hm....dont mind....sbb kat melaka....nanti abeh muntah balik jek on the way back to Kl....

We went for dinner at Al-Rawsha last night. Dengan harapan adela couscous. You know what???? No couscous!!! :(( :(( :((. kecewa saye......:(
we just ate Abah's and Mama's favourite nasi mandiy and i ordered the raspberry barbican yg bile ntah last skali minum. adela minum seteguk dua jek sbb gassy......tapi nak jugak rase sikitttt sbb mmg teringin sgt2. hahahhah. naseb xde pina colada n shirley temple. hahahha. on the way back home......i kept on saying "nak couscous....nak couscous...." hahahhahah. so frustrated! this morning pulak...rase lapo sgt2.... i asked our maid to reheat the nasi mandiy that we 'tapau' last night sbb ade lebih..... makan2....aikkkk sedap pulak. ahhahhhahahah. nape semlm rase biaseee jek? i know why! sbb semlm makan dlm keadaan kecewa ahhahhahahha. and last night i was like....'hailahhhh kempunannye aku....nanti my baby lahir melelehhh jek air liur" hahahhaha. x pernah nak caye pon ckp org tua, tapi kecewa punye pasal...sume mende pon nak salahkan. hahahha. normal jekkkk budak air liur meleleh. hahahhaha.

Alamak..... i've lost weight! aduhhhhhhh. muka makin kembang from pinggan to talam......tapi berat turun??? have to do something! yerp! will eat more and moreeeeeeeeeeeee. why ek? is it because the baby is so active nowadays? whenever he kicks me, i will tersentak or goyang same.... uihhhh kuat anak mommy nie! dont be so naughty dear....mommy's leg is still recovering.....x kuat mane lagi sayang.... looking fwd to speaking with Dr. Maziah on our next appointment scheduled on 12th November. I love talking to her. tanye mcm2 and she is so nice. senyummmm jek. Plus, I am so excited and can't wait to see our baby walopon kat monitor jek....hhhehehehe. Now, I am busy making a list as a preparation for the big day. hahahha mcm mase nak kawen pulak. Mama said I can start doing it now so nanti xdela kelam kabut and banyakla mase nak amend pape. 6 months plus now....have a few weeks to go before perabihkan duit!!! yeeehaaa! anyways....the pic above was from previous appointment...15th oct x silap.....nak ubat lebih jek that time..bukan monthly check up pon....

hahahhaha..no no no.....bukan entry jiwang. hahahhaha. just to tell u that i am very very satisfied with this Matern Program Stretch Mark Cream. Know why? My skin become so smooth after using it for 2 weeks and I hope that it could prevent the stretch mark to appear. Not only that.... i can see the scars after the external fixator bla bla surgery also become smoother and less noticeable. oh yeahhhhh! hani, you should get 1. hahhahaa.

J Card members' day

tolong! tolong! nak pitam! we went to 1 Utama early this morning to shop till we drop...mmg bebetul nak 'drop' pon.... omg! there were soooo many people and i couldn't breathe! panasss pulak tue. i nearly collapsed....nak pitam. At first, the reason why we went there was to buy mama's la gourmet's wok...only! but we ended up buying extra things such as my maternity lingerie. ok...sila bersikap terbuka. i don't think it's an improper manner to talk about maternity lingerie or anything about maternity supplies. it is something u need to know....men and women. for a man...of course la for ur wife....and ladies....you! ok sambung citer.... we just spent about 3 hours there (long que) and finally we decided to go home and come back later in the afternoon.

managed to grab mamabel by triumph and a few other things but after a quick conversation with shila, i think i should consider buying those things from mothercare. wayyyyyy cheaper than mamabel by triumph and modernmum. hailah adiyanti..nasehat org pandai....beli yg biase2 jek....bukan pregnant the whole year pun....hahahhah. silly me! boleh refund tak? hahahahah.
hm....xpe...will go there this afternoon lepas nabil balik skolah.......

mama suggested that we buy a few clothes for my baby this afternoon since it's J Card Members' Day . hahahhah. baju2 utk first few days dia kuar jek..... why not? x sabar x sabar *grin*
on the way to the basement..... i bought cinnabon and mama was like "aikkkk makan lagi? baruuuu lepas makan nasik ayam" hahahhahha. yerp! i eat a lot nowadays.....hehehe. i want to feed my baby so that he will be chubby and I can ngap ngap his cheeks. hahahhahah. the doctor said that he is panjang....tapi badan dia kecik....kurus la tue......hahhahahha. hm...ikot sape ek? obviously not me. i'm not that slim walopon x pregnant. hm.....mesti his daddy. hahahhahaha.

i noticed that this little preacious of mine sangat baik the whole morning while i was at 1 Utama. pelik! usually he will kick me here and there. hm.....maybe he didn't want his mommy pitam kot.....dengan org yg sesak tue.....xleh bernafas sume... gooooooddd boy! and now he is busy 'knock! knock!" knocking on mommy's belly. ooooooo lepas geram ye??? hahhhaha.

ok..... need to take a look at the soup....tgh masak sup tulang nih! hahahhaha. mama la yg masak....i jage jek.....hahhahahhaha. mama amek nabil kat skolah. she doesn't allow me to do anything since the accident and now i'm pregnant....lagiiiiii la! ok peeps..... bye!!!

why i write?

some of you might be bored to read everything I wrote but I have reasons kenape saye suke membebel begini. and it's up to you to read them or just ahhhhh malas lah nak bace!

i'm a 'fat' lady and i can't do anything other than makan, tidur, baring, tgk tv, surfing the internet, semayang, mandi, main wii, yada yada yada. i have no body to talk to (adela my family) and that's why I write. (sorry to hani for the long emails too).

i love shopping a.k.a membazir duit but because of my condition other than menjadi mak buyung (you know why), I have to limit my movements and 'keinginan' and my life now is changing everyday from a normal gila2 girl (perasan girl hahaha) to a 'eh betul ke tak minah nie?' girl. I speak with my baby who is still busy doing acrobatics, my cats, actors and actresses on the tv and many more everyday. biol ek? ahhahah. oh ya! i dont know why they call pregnant ladies mak buyung hahahhaha.

i still remember the days when my husband busy taking pictures of me with my boroi belly, bawak jalan2 makan2, tgk movies yada yada yada. aiyooooo!!! sob sob cry cry :( enough said.

i have another 1 month to go before I can buy things for my baby. yayyyyy! mama kate....7 bulan boleh start beli before hibernate semula since insya Allah Dr. Maziah will call him out when he is 8 months old.....

what i can do now is just documenting everything about my pregnancy and my life. totally uuurrgggghhhh kan? and here they are:

tue jekla kot yg ingat skang.... other than that... nausea from may until now and 10kg increased from 46kg to 56kg. i have another 2 months to increase my weight more. nyum nyum! nak makan ape ekkkk??? yayyyyy! i likeee!
