13 months living in this world...

- Hospitalized at 4 mth due to bronchiolitis.
- No high fever....alhamdulillah....
- No eczema... alhamdulillah...
- Exclusively breastfed for the first 6 months living in this world.
- Doesn't eat any infant cereals.... he just eats air tangan mommynya yang x seberape ini. Hahahhahah.
- Started to crawl at 11 mth....oh sungguh lambat.
- 1st 2 teeth appeared at 6 mth of age...
- Cukur jambul at 4 mth....aqiqah and qurban at 9 mth. Yerp....ini young man sudah qurban...
- Currently he likes to climb the stairs.....menanges x hengat punye bile sampai tangga last skali. X puas agaknye. Dear....maybe you should climb itu tangga appartment I guess or any never ending stairs kot....
- He shows what he likes or dislikes by saying a lot of 'WORDS'. Other than the words that I've mentioned before....his new word is Ge! (Golf). Hahahahhah. Atuk tekan golf channel je....Adief terus Ge!
- Likes to eat yogurt with mommy.
- He eats rice (of course), roti, salmons, cods, lemon soles, daging batang pinang, ayam kampung, telur ayam kampung, zucchinis, young corns, sawi, broccoli, baby carrots, soft tofu, spinach, salads, cherry tomatoes, potatoes, prunes, dates, papayas, avocado, kiwi, apples etc.
- He has 7 teeth now....tue yg nampak....susah wooo nak tgk....dia xnak tunjuk. Yang x nampak tataula kot ade.
- Drinks Pediasure....2-3 times a day.... other than that, susu mommy tetap menjadi pujaan hati.
- Suke main bola. Tapi sbb x jalan lagi...xdela tendang2. Hahahhaha. Tolak2 and baling2 dengan tangan jela. Cepatla jalan sayang....boleh pakai kasut Crocs Aunty Hani bagi. Hahahhah.

Hm.... ape lagi ek? Tak terkire perangai budak2 nie.....takpela....lain2 entry citer lagi.....

Successful breastfeeding

2 weeks senyap. Hahahhahahah. Busy busy.

Ok...xnak byk membebel....ramai yg mintak tips utk breastfeeding or exclusive breastfeeding. Mula2 kenela paham makne dulu. Breastfeeding tue...mcm sume tau lah...menyusu badan.... tapi kalo exclusive tue...maknenye susu badan SAHAJE. Tanpa bagi walaupun setitik fm. Tue....terpulang masing2.

Ok....nak bg tips pon....I bukanlah expert mane pon....anak pon baru sorang. So pengalaman tue baru sekali. What I can share here is just how I did and bla bla bla.

Baiklah puan-puan....mari kite mulekan!

- jangan complain sikit pun bile puan-puan breastfeed anak puan-puan. Jangan duk kate letih....weak...penat and bla bla bla.
- banyakkan minum air. I minum plenty of water...until now. Before and after every feedings....satu gelas air mmg balun. Milo or milk or oat paling kurang 3 kali sehari. I x minum coffee since I was pregnant sampaila Adief 9 mths.
- eat a lot of healthy foods.
-jangan stress. Paling penting jgn asyik pk susu x cukup. Allah tue kaye. Kalau anak kembar 9 pun...susu kite cukup untuk 9 orang tue. Tinggal lagi kite confident atau tak je.
- always wipe your baby's face after bf him.
- always talk to your baby while bf him. Anything! Nasehat ke....sayang ke....nak nyanyi ke...nak selawat ke.... sambil2 tue usap2la kepala dia....pegang tangan dia...usap2 pipi dia...pat2 belakang dia....puk puk butt dia hahahhaha.
- kalau ade problems.....seek for advices. Go and see a lactation consultant. I x sure tempat lain...tapi DSH...u can just walk in and meet the LC kat meternity ward.
- last but not least....just enjoy it! You should be proud of yourself. Tak ramai orang mampu buat. Lantakla kalo ade nak kate x cukup duit beli botol ke ape. Hahahhahah. Especially working mommies out there. Kat office express susu ape bagai sume. Ramai orang dari awal dah campur susu badan and formula. Tapi tue terpulang masing2la. I express my breast milk jugak. Tapi I start keje semule selepas Adief setahun. Takpela....nak jugak rase pengalaman express susu kat office. Hahahhahah.

Yesterday we went to OU to buy his diapers and fm. Before that, we entered Safe n Sound to buy his new pillow. For toddlers....which is thicker than his current pillow. Adief now is one talkative boy. Erm...tgk dgn sape jugaklah.... Kalau tv x pasang.....nanti dia V! V! Uihhhhh pandai arah2kan org ehhhh? Kalau I suruh tido.....Nanak! Nanak! Garang tul! So far....dia pandai sebut ball (bola), mek (ambik), nenen (susu), mamam (makan), didi (daddy) mimi (mommy), mama (tok ma), ata...now ato (atuk) fish (ikan), cat (kucing), , dada (tata), v (tv), nanak (taknak). Tapi? Jalan belum lagi. Hahahhahahah. Xpela....Dato' Azizi pun x heran je mase ckp Adief x jalan lagi. Lain budak, lainla care dia kan...... Merangkak pon 11 mth.....
Okla.....tue jela kali nie.... nak baring celah2 2 heroes yang belom bangun nie.

I'm spoiled

Mama cooked for us the yummy kari udang. I've been super duper in love with kari udang since forever. BUT! I'm spoiled you know! Since I was a little girl... Mama or Abah mesti buangkan kulit for me to eat it :)). Crabs pun! And now I'm married.... so that duty goes to.... Kerol Laling! Hehehe. Believe it or not... I never kupas buah manggis too! Hahahhahahha.

Every night before I go to sleep....I need someone to scratch my back. My parents used to do that. So now Kerol Laling has to scratch my back :P. I can see that maybe one day Adief will do that job since Adief tido mesti peluk Mimi (that's how he calls me). Cume tangan je lom sampai belakang Mimi.

I used to sleep with my parents from a baby until SPM :)). Tolak la mase sekolah......duk hostel. Tapi time cuti tido bilik derang gak hahhahah. Not because I was afraid to sleep in my own room (my changing room then), they made me sleep in their room!

Well....I'm a very very very overprotected daughter/sister/wife and I'm thankful for that. Dulu2 rase tension jugak itu ini x boleh. I never went lepak2 at nights mase kat MMU walaupon duk hostel. Kalo ade pon... mesti text Mama bitau nak kuar walaupon mase tue kul 2 pagi. Kalau hari2 lain....mesti balik before 8 p.m. Even when I used to hang out with Kerol Laling when we were still unmarried... mesti duk tgk jam...bile la nak balik nie :)). So not romantic! Dahla org tue balik Malaysia jarang2 :)). But now? I can't be away from him.

I don't drink...I don't smoke... I never go to night clubs even deep in my heart teringin nak at least jejak kaki sesaat :)). Tapi sampai dah beranak pon x jejak2 :)). It's okla... at least Kerol Laling teman me dancing dalam bilik and Adief loves to dance with me since he was still lembik2 lagi :)). Come to think of it... I think my parents had done a very good job! Orang slalu pk orang bandar nie....teruk...kurang didikan agama... and untuk selitkan sikit hal2 keibuan hahah, ramai orang pk orang bandar nie x breastfeed anak. Orang bandar nowadays la yang paling ramai breastfeed anak exclusively. Xde nak bg susu tepung nie. My baby also still drinks my breast milk....no formula yet. I only give him Pediasure baru bape hari... tue pon bukan utk minum.... buat cicah ngan roti. Chocolate flavor punye. Xpela....introduce sket2 sebelom kerja. Yes i know... Pediasure tue utk 1 tahun hingga 10 tahun. Adief is going to 1 year in less than a month so I think he is fit enough to take Pediasure. Xde constipation ke ape pun...alhamdulillah.

My baby calls me Mimi... Kerol Laling as Didi... Mama as Mama (Tok Ma) and Abah as Ata (Atuk). But sometimes he calls us by "heyyyy heyyyyy" :)). It's good to see his developments and sedar tak sedar dah nak setahun dah bersalin rupenye :). I pray to Allah that my baby will grow up as anak yang solleh, baik, sihat, beriman kepade Allah and taat kepade Kerol Laling and I.

Cepat cepat

This week is so exhausting. Tension ape bagai sume ade! Currently I am so busy with my physiotherapy sessions. Almost everyday! But of course I start my day by cooking for Adief early in the morning. Quite tiring... but to be honest, it is really satisfying to do everything on my own. I always go to the hospital after feeding my baby. Anyways... I am so mad when people think that my mom is the one who does everything for Adief. And I hate it when people laugh at my condition. As if I'm handicapped! Helloooooooooooo! I'm a normal person!

Adief dah pandai snacking! He eats papaya every morning. He will kiss me when I say "Kiss Mommy..", He also can drink ebm from the bottle. Kalo x, mane dia mau gune bottles. But one thing about this boy....kalo nak suapkan makanan....u have to use a spoon. Kalo pakai tangan, dia tutupppp jek mulut tue. Nak bg dia ebm pon, kene dudukkan atas high chair. Pakai bib skali yeh??? Ape2 yang berkaitan dgn makan n minum, kene dudukkan kat high chair n pakaikan bib. Amboiiiiiii!!!!!! Robot ape! Tau gitu, nak gituuu jek!

Ok...end of today's bebelan. Nak layan karenah Adief. Buhbye

Bebel2 secepat mungkin.

1) I always put a lot...A LOT of vegetables into his porridge everytime I cook. Nak train dia suke sayur. Sebab boys biasenye kureng sket makan sayur nie. Seems like he is OK with vegetables. Suke jek dia. I always put 3 types of vegetable...2 ijau...1 kaler lain skalik ngan salmon. Dia x saket perot and I'm 100% sure. He always poops! But why did I say his stomach is ok? Sbb tiap kali teran....dia akan senyum....and when he has finished with his 'business', he will bergendang2 . Adief berak tiap kali lepas makan. Sehari 3 kali makan....3 kali poop. Not only that...he will continue his 'business' in the middle of the night. Usually twice. Bukan sket2 I tell ya! Teroverdosed ngan fiber kot :)). Btw...he likes to share the duvet with mommy.

2) Enough with poop2 thingy....He can stand now! Dlm crib. Berpaut kat pagar crib tue la of course. We have to monitor him every seconds! Sbb dia suke pandang ke bawah and tangan mcm nak mencapai2 ke bawah sambil diri tue.


3) We are going to Kelantan next week to celebrate Eid Ul Adha. Kerol Laling's hometown. All of us! The three of us of course...plus Abah, Mama, Abang, Kak Eijad and Nabil. Sebab nak buat aqiqah and qurban for ini budak kecik. Hm...enough for today.. Have to heat his porridge and prepare his Prima Pappa, bib, sippy and wipes.

4) Gigi atas makin panjang. Lengkap dah la package nak menyakitkan mommy :((. Atas bawah ade dah. Please don't....:(

Fussy Adief

I've been cooking for my baby since 2 months ago and I really enjoy it. Mama cooked for us before going to the office. My neighbour, cousins and friends (all are working) are doing the same thing too and that means it shouldn't be a problem for me to do the same as I am not working for the time being. A good practice. Plus the paed always advices me to cook for my baby and give him all nutritous foods. It's definitely an option I guess. Ikot keselesaan masing2 lah kan. Kalo rase xleh kelam kabut, x reti nak bahagi mase ke ape ke, busy sgt ke xyah masak. But of course you have to feed your child with good foods instead of makanan kucing :)).

I've just started giving him pasta yesterday. He finished it selicin2nye during lunch time but he refused to eat during dinner. He has been acting the same since the past few days and I really don't know why. Luckily he drank a lot. A LOT! Tak terkire rasenye bape kali dia nak bf satu hari. I always have to change his menu just to make sure that he won't be bored. I've already introduced fishes, chicken and now beef to my baby. Plus hell lot of vegetables and fruits. Telur lom agik sbb Dato' Azizi kate tunggu besar sket.

Milk? He still wants my breast milk. He only drinks water from his sippy. We have bought so many types of bottle and latest...Tok Ma bought him a Tommee Tippee Close to Nature bottle. Result? Just the same.... takmau jugak.

His current interests are READING his books (readinglah sgt hahha), playing his own laptop, gigit toys dia, main bola sepak dia yg kecik kemetot and tepuk tangan je keje dia. oh ya! Ini budak semakin manje dengan daddy but he will get angry whenever my husband hugs me or buat2 pukul mommy and mommy buat2 nanges. Jealous and marah ye? :)) We have to buy him a bigger bath tub as ini budak sudah tidak muat lagi dalam bath tub dia. Tinggi sgtlah u!

Jangan block Adief tgk tv! :)). Kalo tengah baring....dia bangun....kalo tgh duduk...dia tepis2 tangan kite.....xpon dia pukul2 kite :)). Ok....time to feed him.

p/s: just found out that expressing my milk while breastfeeding him is easier.

2/3 year Adief

Time flies like an arrow.... you are 8 month 'young' sayang...*sigh*. Watching you grow is so priceless. I'm so happy and proud to see your achievements. Yes I know that maybe some other babies have more 'talents' or some have less...but who cares... At least I know that you are learning things step by step and trying to explore hell lot of other things.

-You know how to sit walopon tumbang2 :))
-You have 2 teeth serentak and I'm sure another one or bape ntah is coming out.
-You know that it's time to have your yummy food when you see your high chair. You will automatically say mamamamamam.
-You will say nenenenennen when you need your milk dispenser though I never taught you 'nenen' kalo nak susu. Atuk ngan Tok Ma punye pasal lah nie!
-You like to grab things that are near to you. Sampaikan kalo dukung dia mane2....habis sume mende dia nak capai! Jatuh barang2.
-You always want to follow Atuk or Tok Ma or daddy or mommy to anywhere. Kalo x....nanges!
-You don't drink any formula milk. Quite frustrated at first but now I'm proud of it. Missy b**bies supply more than enough milk for you sayang emmm I guess... x pernah lak nanges x puas ke ape.
-You sleep soundly at night and you wake up with a happy face in the morning. Mommy and daddy can have a good night sleep. Thanks sayang.
-You wear size L Mamy Poko now.
-You drink warm water from your sippy. No bottles!
-You only want mommy's milk directly from missy b**bies. Missy Medela is just like barang perhiasan. I only use it occasionally. Nasebla.... kadang dia nak, kadang dia tutup rapat je mulut tu bile bagi EBM ngan sippy dia.
-You like to be fed in cradle position. Baring? Jarang2 nak. Pon ikot naseb.
-You have eaten salmons, cods, kurau, cherry tomatoes, zucchinis, celeries, dates, apples, prunes, bananas, potatoes, onions, spinaches, sweet potatoes, chickens, corns, soft tofu, soy, asparagus, cream cheese, yoghurt, pak choi, broccolies, carrots and of course your main dish is always rice porridge.
-You only want mommy's homemade porridge. X suke instant2 nestum ka apa ka nie. Susah tul kalo gi mane2. Nak masak canenyeeee.

There are a lot more achievements, developments, talents etc that you have gained. I love it when you always turn to me and hug me while you are sleeping awwwwwww. Terharu! So sayang... we want you to learn more and be a good son.

went to DSH this morning.... My darling debab is 7 kg...66 cm tall.... Adief had his 3d dose of pneumococcal, 3rd dose of Hepatitis B, 3rd dose of triple antigen and his 2nd rotavirus vaccination.

Dato' Azizi: kenape pandang atuk mcm tue....?
He stared Dato' Azizi like "bayar hutang ko" hahhaha.
Dato' Azizi: ok...awak pegang kaki dia dengan tangan dia eh....
Me: Dato'...nie nanti dia start solid foods kan.... ade ape2 advice ke?
Dato' Azizi: ok...mai saya ajar mcm mane nak bg dia makan...bla bla bla.. ok...? nie nanti....cucuk lagi mase dia sethn pulak....tapi dia 9 mth nanti...bawakla utk routine check up..... ingat? jangan bagi dia ikan bilis. pasai apa?
Me: (aiseyyyhhhhhh mcm ketua pengawas! soal2 pulak...) sbb x bersih...jemur atas lantai...anjing pijak....bla bla bla...
Dato' Azizi: bagus.....ingat tue. bagi dia salmon...cod...ikan kurau....jgn duk bagi dia ikan kembung, sardine, keli, sembilang tue. x payah bg dia heinz, gerber ke ape sume tue. bg bubur nasi! minggu pertama tue...bg nasik sahaje....xyah taruk ikan ke ape sume. bg dia biase dulu. pastue baru boleh tambah2. ha lagi satu...jgn bagi dia honey. tunggu besar sket baru boleh. kalo sayur...bagila broccoli ka...carrot ka..avocado..boleh? (kat rumah saye ade pokok avocado Dato' hehhehe) nanti saye bagi awak satu website nie utk reference awak. (bebelan utk setgh jam...kebapaan la u nie! )

Adief, my tough young man!

Alhamdulillah...Adief is free from bronchiolitis. Worth it mommy x cukup tido... every 4 hours bagi Adief inhaled obat2 nye...bg Adief makan ubat and so forth. We went to DSH Thursday morning utk follow up.

Dato' Azizi: Nik Adief....oouuhhh werder bremen! dia suke bola la!
Me: Daddy dia kat Bremen....
Dato' Azizi: oooooo.....(checking)... hm....dah x wheezing dah.....sume dah ok.... xyah bg dia ubat dah....tapi simpan jekla alat2 tue sume.... in case ade semule akan datang....bolehla pakai semule....
Me: Alhamdulillah.... ha Dato'... mcm dia fully breastfed kan... xpe ke kalo saye nak amek any pain killers like tramadol ke...?
Dato' Azizi: hm....nak buat apa?
Me: xde...saye dulu bla bla bla.......
Dato' Azizi: hm.... moderate la....sket2 xpe.....

Yes... my darling Adief is now ok...sehat walafiat! so now I can have my good nights sleep back. hihi.
Anyways....I'm having a very bad lower back ache now. at the sacrum....i guess hehe. Actually Dr. Malik wants to see me again after giving birth aritue....tapi pk2...kalo jumpe skang, buatnye kene masuk ward ke ape... dah satu hal....Adief is fully breastfed...directly....so how maaaa??? I decided to see Dr. Malik bile Adief masuk 6 mth...that is when he can eat solid foods and drink formulas. xpela mommy saket skang..... Abah wants to refer me back to Pantai Medical Centre since I was admitted to that hospital first before DSH. ok ok....sebetulnye... mule2 Naas General Hospital....pastue Tallaght pulak...pastue Pantai...pastue Dsh. sekian tamat. hehehheh. My orthopedist at Pantai, Dr. Gobinder was an intern kepade Mr. John McElwain, my orthopedist back in Dublin. Abah doesn't want me to be 'dirobek' hahahahha. I don't mind actually as long as boleh sehat...bukan boleh nak perfect pon...tapi almost pon jadik la.....nak operate ke ape ke x kesah la... dah malas nak layan saket2 nie...almost 2 years...

Adief's hospitalization

nebulizer

His flu became worse after abang's wedding and his cukur jambul. I was really worried especially when I always heard him wheezing although he was really I mean REALLY active. I called Dsh and made an appointment with Dato' Azizi. Off we went to the hospital. Checked2....Dato' asked his assistant to give Adief nebulization. Pastue checked semule... and confirmed! Adief kene acute brochiolitis. sume gare2 flu and batuk2 yg non stop pastue org ramai duk ciom2 dia angkat dia sume. cane la nak baik flu tue!




kenela masuk ward.... I asked for a single room.... tanak share2 because he is still a baby...sensitive lagi.....tapi full house la pulak....so we went home and waited for the hospital to call us bitau bilik dah ready lom. It was almost 4..but no phone calls came in. I called the hospital and they said there were still no single rooms available. Kalo ade pon...2 bedded. Then I said to the lady that no matter what I still want a single room...any type. Then she said they have suites available for Adief. I said ok... I want that room. So pegila kitorang ke Dsh and registered at the A&E sbb dah kul 5 lebey.... Naik 4th floor and entered the VIP suite 420. Really comfortable...got pantry...living room...dining table..television and toilet.....xdela serabut pale otak yg tgh duk risau nie.

Saje tak bitau sape2 even sedare mare because I dont want any visitors. well... i did tell Hani about it tapi Hani pon dah paham sgt mulut and perangai Adiyanti nie... I simply said to her I dont want any visitors. Kalo setgh org dah kecik ati dah...but that's me. If I said no....no la maknenye....especially mende2 yg berkatian dgn org2 penting dlm idop nie. I dont know and usually i dont really care about jage2 hati org nie kalo hal2 penting. So.....i'm sorry for that. The nurse brought in a baby cot for Adief...so Mommy leh tido kat katil tue.... and daddy? daddy leh buat keje kat living room nye.... Adief had to use the nebulizer every 4 hours.....1 thing about Adief...he is very good in meluahkan phlegm nye.... senang keje bak kate Dato' Azizi. but when it comes to taking medicines....berperanglah jugak. hahahhahhaha. and yes...he likes the nebulizer hehhehe.





Adief nie famous kat ward....nurses suke dukung dia bawak dia round2 satu floor tue. AND! he said 'HI' to everyone! sampaikan org depan cardiac nye tpt yg muke masing2 tgh sedih mcm org berkabung tue pon dia nak tegur. terpaksela org senyum kat dia. hahahhahah.

Khamis discharged.... but I have to use the nebulizer thingy on him at home. aduhhhh banyaknye ubat.....I was a bit serabut at first...x confident sume....I wish Kerol Laling ade :(.....every 4 hours kenela gune nebulizer.....

hari dah discharged tue... Adief tetibe panas je badan! oowww mannnnnn! He cried from 2 p.m. non stop until maghrib. I called Dato' Azizi's hp and told him about Adief. He asked me to bring Adief to the A&E. dia kate kalo demam....stay la kat ward...kalo tak....xyah.... and alhamdulillah Adief was fine.....

yesterday morning was Adief's first time watching his atuk on t.v and he was like eh atukkkkkk!

Neno neno to DSH

As a mommy...of course I dont want anything bad happened to my baby. Dia nanges2 bape ari nie pon dah risau semcm... I decided to bring him to DSH and see his paed.

Dr. Azizi: Nik Adief...kenapeeee?
Me: Nie ha Dato'...dia nanges jek dah 3 ari...pastue flu sket kot sbb bersin byk kali...batuk sket pon ade...pastue drooling jek....bape kali tukar baju.
Dr. Azizi: checking... hm...tekak dia merah sket...tapi nie dah elok dah nie... nyusu tak? gusi dia merah sket nie... amek mase sket nak kuar gigi nie... tue yg nanges sbb saket...tambah lak saket tekak... tapi okla, dia x demam...
Me: Nyusu ok jek...mau jek....
Dr. Azizi: okla tue...as long as dia nak nyusu...active...that should be ok....biasela tue...mak risau....
Me: hehehhehe...mestila risau.....
Dr. Azizi: ok Nik Adief...doctor nak exercise kan sket kaki....
Me: dia suke camtue. hahhahaha. kalo dlm bath tub tue....dia suke la bile buat gitu...mcm berenang lak hahhahah.
Dr. Azizi: tiap-tiap ari buat gini? bagus la camtue....biar dia senaman tiap2 ari... tapi ingat...ambik perhatian....swimming pool kotor tau...so jgn bwk dia masuk swimming pool sampai besar...
Me: aik??? baru plan nak bwk dia 8 month nanti...
Dr. Azizi: parents modern-modern jek yg nak bwk.....x elok...jgn.....kalo u nak bwk sgt...tgk tpt....sunway lagoon tue jgn...kotor...appartment pon x elok....
Me: I plan nak bawak dia KLGCC....ok?

Monday *sigh*...though i'm not working...not yet.....

Spent the weekend with hell lot of activities....from shopping to kenduri arwah. I always think that being a 'full time housewife' is an easy job compared to zaman2 mengaudit di Delloite. hahahhah. to some people...yes. I always find that it is hard for me to get enough of sleep day and night. I fully breastfeed my son...directly.... So you can imagine...whenever I'm having my own sweet time...Adief nanges...maka kelam kabutla mommy tinggalkan sume keje...peluk Adief and bf Adief. I only sleep 4 hrs now. tido siang mmg xde la...As some of u know... Adie.....tido pon cepat..... yerp! that WAS me...hehheheh. but now? berjage mlm? x cukup tido? not a problem at all..... if i were a working momma....express jek susu....keep it in the freezer and the maid knows what to do.

Adief still demands for 'gallons' of milk. So I have to make sure that I eat and drink a lot. A LOT! everyday I have to drink 2 jugs of water (compulsory) plus a glass of water for each feeding. Minimum sehari Adief menyusu 11 kali=11 glasses. I always express the milk but not for storage...stimulation sahaje since Adief doesn't want the expressed milk unless terpakse jek/lapar sgt2 when mommy is not around. Alhamdulillah I can 'produce' 3oz of milk in 10 minutes or less. I think if i couldn't meet his demands or at least express 'gallons' of milk, pathetic nye rase. So far alhamdulillah ok....perfect!

I spent a lot for Adief rather than meself now. hahhahhaahhaha. kalau before...mommy nye keje nak shopping beli itu ini utk sendirik jek. but not anymore. I bought Panasonic HDD camcorder in red so that I can record a lot of pe'el Adief and show it to Kerol Laling. I also bought this Bumbo seat for Adief sbb ini budak kechel nak duduk, berdiri and bertimang sahaje. He can control his head....tapi still kene jage2 jugak...kadang ini budak buat lentok dia jugak. My Mozac's friend, Hajar, came yesterday and brought Adief Barney videos. yayyyy! thank you Auntie Hajar! He seemed so eager and excited to see the purplish 'thing'when Hajar showed him what she brought.



Adief is sleeping now...and i'm here updating the blog. Cannot sleeeeeeeeepppppppppppppp *sigh*. Kene jage2 in case dia gerak2 ke..merengek ke ape. I can't sleep because I hate it when when I can only sleep just for a few minutes. and i am not the kind of person yg letak jek kepale terus lelap. i need to guling2 dulu baru terlelap. hahahha. kesimpulannye xyah tido. Talking about tido...Abah played golf with Engku Emran last saturday. story2 lah kan...sorang sebok citer pasal anak...sorang pasal CUCU. hahhahahha. He told abah that he needs to sleep with the baby every weekend since Erra x cukup tido mase weekdays. well...that's so sweet of u Engku Emran. I can still remember that Kerol Laling spent the whole night taking care of Adief. He only woke me up to breastfeed Adief. so sweet lah u!

Eh eh.... baru perasan... haven't played the Wii almost 3 months. Maybe i should play it with Nabil la bile2 Adief tgh tido. hahahhahah. Pegi cinema jek yg x lepas lagi....yeah i know...ade jek org pegi...anak tinggal la.... to be honest, I'm not that kind of person yg boleh nak biar jek my baby kat rumah. even the maid pon x berani usik Adief. Abah said that I'm a very 'cerewet' person. hehhehheh.

p/s: daddy...the Ferrari romper that u bought for me sudah sedikit sempit. Kalau daddy nak tgk Adief pakai....daddy balik la. hahhahahha.

Adief had his appointment with Dr. Azizi for his 2nd dose of triple antigen, pneumococcal vaccine and rotavirus vaccine. My darling is now 4.9kg compared to last month 3.5kg, 60cm tinggi...last month 53cm.... During the procedure he cried sgtlah kuat! hahahhaha. kiri kanan peha kene cucuk. Everybody looked at me and smiled when I stepped out. hahahahha. buat malu mommy jek!

Met kak aina (akak dorm mase kat mozac) or should i call you kak dr. aina? hahhahahha. she was with her husband and their baby who was born on 5th February 2009. muda 3 days dr Adief. It was their first appointment with Dr. Azizi sbb paed baby tue kat Prince Court Medical Centre sebenonye since she was born there. tapi tukar DSH sbb kak aina nak mintak mak dia jagekan bile dia pegi keje....so dekat sket.

Today I had my appointment with Dr. Noraini...the ophthalmologist. She said that several nerves are damaged due to the concussion on my brain. But she didnt recommend me any procedure...katenye mude agik...baik xyah....but it takes time la..... tapi dia kate...I can drive! yayyyyy!!!

After that... went to see Dr. Maziah lak to do the pap smear thingy and the contraceptive thingy... I hate pap smear! x saket...but very the uncomfortable la :(
The implanon procedure took less than 2 minutes. it was painless...tapi agak ngeri la tgk procedure nye...naseb dah bius! The result of the pap smear will be sent to me via sms...

Alahai.....merengek pulak si debab nie.... xleh tgk mommy ngadap laptop! ok...gtg....enjoy these pics ya!

Mitten

No more mitten. Reason? He would suck his mitten sampai habis lencun! and...for the first 24 hours...no scratches on his face....yet...mintak2 x ade la... I did free manicure service to this little prince of mine...dr potong kuku...ratakan x bg ade tajam2...cleaned his palms,celah2 jari...sampaila urut2 tangan dia...just to make sure that dia x cakar2 muke dia. I've done this before...but he still wore his mitten...so there was nothing to be worried about.

-he is now almost 5kg (okla tue utk budak yg lahir 2kg plus)
-he knows how to respond when we agah agah him...senyum jekla..hehe
-lost all the excess weight in less than 2 months....still got here and there yg perlu di'rata'kan.....
-he knows how to go to the toilet...exaggerate la sgt kan..
-i love clipping his nails, cleaning his ears, nose...
-no 'red light' since pregnant
-exclusively breastfed makes him tombam now bak kate auntie hani and healthy..alhamdulillah...

-still take the pramilet, caltrate and neurogain...
-baby talk nightly (around 2 a.m-3 a.m)....i love listening to him talking *grin*
-still pumping... missy b***ies show no signs of 'tutup kilang'....production increased
-no painful engorgement...Adief knows his duty...good job boy!

-got time to visit the nail parlour, micheal n guy and Leonard Drake to 'repair' meself. hihihi.
-Funny to see his reaction bile dtg dekat dia bile tido. bukak mata sebelah, pastue cepat2 tutup. mcm la mommy x nampak!
-he loves to sleep on my lap rather on his bouncer ka...crib ka...tilam ka... aiyoooo xleh la camtue sayang....
-April is coming...but Kerol Laling is not here :( to celebrate my birthday. Last year he gave A***** handbag. this year xde la ek? owww man! xpe xpe.... good thing is Adief got a present from Daddy's Airbus colleagues.

Drama behind BF

I love to bf my baby. I feel so close to him physically (obviously) and I always feel like i've known this little monster for a long time.He'd kiss all over me whenever I carry him or lay down beside him asking me to bf him. I feel really appreciated....awwwwww

There are times I need to express the milk just in case tertido ke, mandi ke ape ke. I always express the milk 5 minutes only due to I AM a very lazy person hahhahahha. with the 5 minutes session= 2 1/2 oz milk.... which is enough for him untuk sekali feeding. Adief eats/drinks a little but he is a frequent 'peminta susu' hahhahahaha. tapi....syaratnye... NEVER keep the milk in the refrigerator! panaskanla mcm mane pon pakaila warmer ke, rendam dlm air panas ke....he would reject it. he'll drink it kalo terpakse jek. dont know why though it is normal to keep the milk in the fridge/freezer nak nak untuk working moms..... I think i need to train him on this. kalo tak cane nak keje? I called the midwife and she said, that is because the baby knows that dia leh dpt fresh punye hahhahahahha. He knows that I am still in the house. Dia xkan reject kalo yg simpan ikot room temperature jek. Need to train him more. Maybe I should go out ka...apa ka...

As he is a frequent peminta susu....the cream that Kerol Laling bought for me to heal the ouch ouch x sempat nak berkesan. hahhahahahha. Alhamdulillah... I can cope with the bf situation. Not a severe ouch ouch anymore. hahahhahahha.

One more thing.. he thinks I am his pacifier. Asal nak tido jek, he needs missy B**bies. x boleh la gini slalu sayang.... mommy needs to do a lot of things....I really dont have an idea how to train him on this. Kalo x bg, x tido2. bagi REAL pacifier lak...x mau..... Mama even bought one specially for newborns RM** satu lak tue sbb kesian tgk mommy. hahahhahah. Mommy dulu seringgit jek satu. He rejected it with yucky expressions. Manja anak mommy nie!

I really need Kerol Laling around :(.... At least leh train same2. Mama said.... anak laki nie, kalo dgn mak, dia ngade sket, ngan bapak dia leh nak ikot ckp buat kwn sume.

Breakfast at TTDI

Hello everybody! I had breakfast with mommy, atuk, tok ma and uncle nabil at TTDI this morning. Yayyyy!!! Adief baik jek tau! Atuk....maybe you should bring me together to the golf club. can can? Boringla duk umahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!! Then...atuk and uncle nabil went o the tailor to make baju melayu for pak long adi's wedding. Tok ma, mommy and I had to stay in the car.

My next appointment with my super cool paed will be on 6th April 2009...same with mommy's appointment with Dr. Maziah. She needs to undergo the pap smear's thingy as a post natal procedure. Dr. Maziah also suggested to her to take the single rod implant. Poning palo den. Pape jekla....

Last night, I made noise from 2 a.m till 7 a.m in the morning. Sian mommy and tok ma x tido2. Sorryyyyyy!!! As a result...atuk unwrapped the rocking chair given by Tok Halim and his wife. Tonite...Adief tido dlm rocking chair atas katil. Now...I have 2 rocking chairs. Yayyyy! 1 kat living hall....1 kat bilik.

Anyways....hope it is not too late to say thanks to all of you (daddy's frens, mommy's frens from MMU, Mozac, Dublin.. TM staffs, Atuk's frens, Tok Ma's frens and DSH for the presents. Thanks for all the duit tabung, clothes, toiletries, bottles, diaper bag, crib's accessories, playpen, rocking chair, play gyms etc. And of course the super cool gift goes to Mothercare vouchers worth RM****.**.

Today...

Adief's 1st unofficial outing

Yes! Now I can surf the internet. hahhaahah. My little monster is now sleeping soundly on the bed.

Hm...2 weeks ago... i was caught red handed by mama while pouring the air sirap sejuk into my mug. hahahhahahahhh. and to my surprise.....she didnt scold me! phewww! she even allowed me to eat sambal telur...ikan keli....sup tulang...etc...except udang and sotong last night. before that, she asked me whether i have gatal2 or saket2 problems after curik2 minum 7 up and makan paru goreng hahahhaha and i said no. yerp...alhamdulillah no pains and itchiness since the operation....lagikpon....Dr. Maziah said org kite jek yg pantang strict sgt....hahahhahaha. they gave me juices, cold soy milk, delicious food at DSH. pehhhh....if I were rich....mmg duk sepital sepanjang berpantang nie. hahahhaha.

I love cuddling my baby....watching him sleeping...sejuk jek hati. I stil remember the very first time I looked at my baby in the OT. The nurse brought him closer to my cheek and let him kissed his mommy. besarrr mate dia terkebil2 mase nurse ckp "niela mak...". Now.. he will stare at me when I tell him stories yg rasenye dia x paham pon. hahahhahah. Kerol Laling is not here :(...so Adief jekla jadi tpt mommy dia nak ckp... I told him how his mommy and daddy met each other....Thanks to Friendster hahahhaa....why daddy kene balik Germany...told him everything about the 6 years long distance relationship..since kenal sampaila skang. to be honest, maybe i'm not as strong as some of you out there....but having Adief....makes me stronger and sabar jek walopon Kerol Laling asek takde. call me jiwang or whatever..like i care! hahhahaha.

Adief is a big boy now...though sometimes he's a bit ngade2(no la...bukan mengade, saje nak gesel2 je) nak manje2 especially bile dengar suare tok mama dia.... dia dah ade sleeping pattern dia dah... he will automatically wake up every 2 hours for bf at nights without nanges2 melalak, just gelak2 je. oh ya! adief nie masya Allah...lasak gile kalo tido! berpusing2 mcm jam! kejap pale kat bantal....x lame pastue dah beralih ke dinding...pastue dah jadi kaki pulak kat bantal.

one more thing...Adief suke main air liur! takkan cepat sgt! yela....org tua2 kate...once the baby likes to blow bubbles from his mouth....get ready la mommy....rambut baby akan gugur, as well as rambut mommy, gigi nak tumbuhla tue. that's what happening now.....rambut adief byk dah kat bantal dia and me too! but isn't it too early? hm....xpela...we'll see.....kalo x betul...kene tukar shampoo la! hahahhaha.
oh ya! this little monster of mine....xde ubun2! hahahhaha. lahir2 dah keras. xde lentok2 jugak. even the midwife said...oooooo baby u nie keras eh! hahhahaha. x pandan dgn kecik!

Went to DSH this morning for Adief's 1st appointment with his paed as an outpatient. Masya Allah... we had to wait almost 3 hrs baru jumpe doctor. There were so many people! Anyways..Dato' Dr. Azizi was very gentle, kind and funny. He even gado2 dgn mama sape lagi tua hahahhahha. Adief got his 2nd dose of Hepatitis B immunisation. Dr. Azizi asked me to hold his leg and the moment he cucuk itu jarum...Adief screamed his lungs out. x nanges..tapi jerit skalik tue jek. terkejut ape budak nie hahahhaha. pastue senyap....hahahahaha. He is currently 53cm and 3.5kg compared to 49cm and 2.89kg a month ago. Dr. Azizi said...his weight should be around 3.9kg by now.... aik??? menyusu punye byk anak mommy naik x banyak??? hahahhahhaha. other than that...alhamdulillah he's doing fine.. Dr. Azizi terbalikkan dia, dia bertungkus lumus angkat2 pale. hahahhaha. soooo cute! opppsss....dia dah jage!
